Returns and Exchange Policy
We value your trust and comply with the Consumer Protection Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait. Below are the details of our returns and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Non-piercing items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition with the receipt.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons and consumer protection regulations:
○ Earrings and ear cuffs (specific to our business policy)
Return Packaging
● Eligible items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Process
● Refunds are granted only for items eligible under the law and will be issued once the returned item is inspected. Refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to process.
Shipping Fees
● Shipping fees for local or international delivery are non-refundable. Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs unless exchanging for store credit or a different size. Alternatively, items can be dropped off at our office.
Consumer Rights Compliance
● As per the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to exchange or return eligible goods. Violations of this policy may result in legal consequences.
● We encourage customers to retain their receipts and ensure items are returned in their original condition to facilitate the process.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Your order number.
2. A list of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. A brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
4. Whether you want a refund or an exchange.
